Introduction and History

On November 26th, 2006, BOC Edwards, a part of BOC Limited U.K., appointed Process Vacuum as its sole representative in the South African process industry. The company started trading on March 1st, 2007, with many years of experience. The directors of Process Vacuum have been actively involved in the vacuum industry since 1986 and have extensive experience and system knowledge.

With so many years of experience, we understand that the various aspects of the vacuum industry are critical. In many cases, the vacuum system is the heart of the operation. We do not manufacture pumps but are vacuum/compressor system specialists. We pride ourselves on our technical ability, vacuum, and system knowledge.

Process Vacuum operates globally and has units installed in solutions in Asia, South America, Australia, Norway, and France. Major clients include EPCs locally and overseas.

Product Overview

Process Vacuum specialises in vacuum and compressor systems for various industries and applications. Our unique product range of vacuum solutions and technologies allows us to tailor the right solution to your needs, from steam ejectors and liquid ring vacuum pumps to dry pumps and mechanical boosters.

Our product range includes:

  • Liquid ring vacuum pump and compressor systems, flat-sided and conical.
  • Chemical dry pump systems, including mechanical boosters, depend on requirements.
  • Ejector systems.
  • Rotary vane oil-filled high-vacuum pumps.
  • Each system is sized and designed by Process Vacuum using AutoCAD and Inventor software based on customer requirements. Packages are built at our Henley-on-Klip factory and shipped to the site
  • Filtrate Pumps

Products and repairs completed carry a manufacturing warranty, and performance guarantees are also issued, subject to client requirements. From large pumps, compressors, steam and water ejectors for power plant vacuum systems to the most advanced chemical dry pump technologies available.
