Our Services

WHAT WE DO

With over 34 years of experience in process and industrial vacuum technologies solutions, Process Vacuum specialises in vacuum and compressor systems for use in various industries and applications. We can assist with most challenges within mining and manufacturing industries to vastly improve operations and production. We focus on product sampling, recovery and transfer systems with vacuum technologies.

We offer a complete solution, not only pumps but fully engineered vacuum systems that can be customised for specialized uses and situations. Our systems are designed and tailored to fit specific customer requirements using Autocad/Inventor software and are built at our Henley on Klip factory before being shipped to site.

Commissioning & Troubleshooting

As part of our customised vacuum systems solution, technical personnel are available on short notice to assist with onsite troubleshooting and commissioning anywhere in the world (subject to the safety of personnel).

Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps & Compressors

These high efficiency, energy saving, low maintenance products are offered as part of our customised solutions, to assist with applications and challenges common to the mining and manufacturing industries.

Mechanical Booster Systems

Mechanical Booster Pumps, always backed by another vacuum pump, can deliver against a high-pressure differential to atmospheric pressure. They’re used to enhance and improve vacuum system outputs.

Onsite Performance Testing

This service ensures the highest possible outputs and confirm peak performance is maintained for continued, efficient operations. Vacuum pumps can be performance tested on site and testing is a good maintenance planning tool that requires no downtime.

Specialised Coating Systems

New and repair vacuum units which require internal coatings are stripped and shot blasted (in-house) prior to the coating application and then final machined to ensure drawing requirements are met.

Vacuum System Surveys

A vacuum survey will identify system design problems which could impact pump performance and efficiency. Inefficient vacuum pumps are extremely expensive, and problems may be difficult to find once the pump is installed.

Engineered systems

Our vacuum systems are unique to each client. We design and create fully customised vacuum solutions, designed and tailored to fit specific customer requirements using specialised software. Our systems are built at our Meyerton factory and shipped to site.

Ejector systems

Ejector systems convert pressure energy into velocity within a variety of practical applications. As part of our customised offering, ejector systems form an often-essential part of our overall vacuum solutions.

Chemical dry pumps

Chemical Dry Pumps are innovative solutions for vacuum pumping applications in the chemical process industries. Engineered to be an energy efficient alternative to steam ejectors, dry pumps offer reduced energy costs, high rates of reliability and easy maintenance.

Field service

Field services refers to any work conducted at a customer site where your products are installed. For example, in the enterprise IT, industrial equipment, and healthcare technology industries, field services involves managing the installation, maintenance, or repair of hardware or equipment installed “in the field”.

Vacuum system training

With over 34 years of experience in process and industrial vacuum technologies solutions, Process Vacuum specialises in vacuum and compressor systems for use in various industries and applications.

Vacuum Repairs

Conical and flat sided pumps are repaired at our Henley on Klip factory where pumps are brought back within drawing requirements to ensure efficiency. All repair pumps are performance tested prior to despatch. A detailed data book including photographs of parts prior to and after coatings etc is issued for all repair units to enable our client to monitor the work completed. Various repair options are available dependent on the customer requirements and application.
