Each system is tailored to customer requirements by Process Vacuum using Autocad/Inventor software. Packages are build at our Henley on Klip factory and shipped to site.

Process Vacuum began trading on 1 March 2007, bringing together experience in vacuum technology and industrial process applications.In December 2015, the company moved into its own 2,500 m² factory in Henley on Klip, Gauteng. The facility includes five cranes and five test beds, supporting the assembly and testing of vacuum systems and equipment.Today, Process Vacuum combines engineering experience with practical manufacturing and testing capabilities to develop solutions around industrial process requirements.

Vacuum system packages are assembled at our facility in South Africa. Where required, bare-shaft pumps are imported, while auxiliary equipment is sourced locally.
Vacuum pumps and compressors are performance-tested to check that they meet the specified customer requirements before dispatch.
