From engineered vacuum systems to specialized pumps, we design and supply solutions tailored to your process requirements
Pump packages selected and sized to suit the required duty, with documented capacities from 10 to 54,000 m³/h and vacuum levels down to 33 mbar.
Receiver-mounted, self-priming pumps for removing filtrate while the receiver remains under vacuum. Documented range: 0 to 420 m³/h at 10 to 40 m head.
Complete plant solutions may include vessels, pipework, extraction equipment and filtrate pumps. The exact in-house scope must be confirmed before publishing.
Liquid ring, dry, ejector and hybrid systems designed around the requirements of the application.
Every system begins with the requirements of the application. Process Vacuum assesses the process data, selects suitable equipment, designs the package and tests the equipment before despatch.
Review process conditions, gas load, vapour content, P&IDs and filter sizing.
Size the equipment and develop package designs using AutoCAD and Inventor.
Assemble the system at the Henley on Klip factory.
Test equipment on the company's test beds before despatch.
Provide on-site support subject to the agreed project scope and personnel safety.
Support equipment through surveys, refurbishment and upgrades.
Process Vacuum's 2,500 m² factory in Henley on Klip supports equipment assembly, machining, coating and performance testing. The facility includes five test beds and a dedicated test bed for filtrate receiver and extraction pumps.
