How does it Work?
Rotary positive displacement blowers are dual shaft constant volume variable pressure machines. It does not compress internally. With each revolution of the lobes four impulses (double lobe machine) of a measured quantity of gas are delivered around the internal periphery of the blower case to the discharge port. The pressure achieved is entirely dependent upon the restriction it meets in the system and will vary as the restriction varies. Volumetric efficiency is maintained by extremely close operating clearances between the lobes, head plates and casing. Rotational direction determines the conveying direction of the blower
